Real-Time Return Rates

Real-time return rates allow the participant to monitor survey completion by their raters down to the minute. Raters can be reminded to complete their surveys or additional raters can be invited if rater returns are not what a participant is expecting.


"Pulse Check" Survey

Participants can create a custom "pulse check" survey. This allows the participant to focus the stakeholders' attention on those competencies most important to their development goals.


Development Resources

Development resources provide participants with development advice in the form of tips, competency descriptions, and if you scored high/low examples. Resources are accessed via the participants' portal along with the participants feedback results.

Participants and raters can manage and view their survey projects in their own language by choosing one of the 15 common languages already available through TruScore®.
