Blanchard sought after a new survey hosting partner to host its multi-rater surveys that were utilized in conjunction with two of its most popular leadership programs—the Situational Leadership II and Situational Frontline Leadership.

With many instant “experts” on 360 feedback and survey hosting popping up overnight, Blanchard wanted a vendor with proven experience in the field to provide:
