The Wiseman Group is a leadership research and development firm headquartered in Silicon Valley. Specializing in leadership development, The Wiseman Group works with executives and high potentials through forums, workshops, coaching, and executive assessments.

Situation

The Wiseman Group President Liz Wiseman created an assessment tool to support the analysis from her Wall Street Journal bestseller, Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter. She wanted a world-class partner that could help The Wiseman Group offer these assessments online to its clients and readers worldwide. The critical capabilities the company needed were:

• Survey hosting and customization capabilities that would maintain the look and feel of the Wiseman brand
• Customized reports for each assessment with easy-to-read graphics
• A rigorous and confidential operational infrastructure

Outcome

TBC developed a complete 360 report for The Wiseman Group that incorporated its rich item-level detail and the key principles from the Wiseman book. In addition, TBC provided custom hosting for the entire line of Wiseman assessments (three in total).

These surveys became a complement to the Multipliers book and were an instant hit with the customers - they were succinct, easy to understand, and provided immediate value to the participants going through The Wiseman Group’s programs.
